The present study investigates the organizational climate among secondary school teachers in south west district of Delhi with special reference to gender differences. Organizational climate plays a significant role in shaping teachers’ attitudes, behavior, and effectiveness within educational institutions. It includes various dimensions such as leadership practices, interpersonal relationships, communication patterns, decision-making processes, and the overall work environment. A positive organizational climate contributes to a supportive and productive school atmosphere, whereas a negative climate may hinder professional performance. The primary objective of this study is to examine whether male and female secondary school teachers differ significantly in their perceptions of organizational climate. The study adopts a quantitative research design and employs a structured questionnaire to collect data from a representative sample of secondary school teachers in south west district of Delhi. Statistical techniques are used to analyze the data and determine the existence of gender-based differences in perceptions of organizational climate. The findings of the study are expected to provide valuable insights for educational administrators and policymakers to improve school organizational environments in a more inclusive and effective manner.
