Research on the current situation of extracurricular physical training and sports activities of students at Thai Nguyen University of Technology, is an urgent issue in the current practical conditions of the University. To achieve that goal, the research process evaluated by regular scientific research methods, the author has assessed the status of extracurricular sports activities of students at Thai Nguyen University of Technology, as a basis for proposing measures to improve performance results of extracurricular sports activities in the school.
