The main purpose of this study was to investigate the “Effects of Selected Drills on the Skill performance of ABSF volleyball Players” For this purpose total 30 male beginner volleyball players were selected from Pune ABSF Volleyball Club Pune. Only Players with no history of playing any level of handball were given preferences. The subject’s age were ranged in between 12-16 years. Convenient sampling was adopted as a sample for this study. A pre-test data had been collected with the help of service and overhead pass. Further all the subjects were given regular selected drill for next 6 weeks with proper drill training schedule by setting a training protocol. After the completion of 6 weeks again the data were collected with the help of standardised test developed Brady and Russel and Lange Volleyball Test and later on the pre- and post-effect of the of the subjects was analysed with the help of statistical t-test. The results of this study showed that 6-weeks selected drill training program improved both service and upper hand pass of beginner school volleyball players.
