Abstract:

Using conventional methods in Physical Education and Sports science research, the study has selected appropriate military games to develop the students’ physical abilities at Bac Son High School, Thai Nguyen Province, Vietnam. The findings indicate that 18 military games were identified to meet the pedagogical requirements for enhancing students’ physical abilities. The outcomes contribute positively to the improvement of the school’s training quality.
