Rulings on deferred sales and their effects on social media

Abstract:

It is the most important means of exchanging experiences and knowledge and spreading culture. The Internet is an influential educational and cultural tool; it should be given attention and support in Arab countries, and its delivery facilitated to every individual and home. Social media are newly established platforms that have gained widespread acceptance. Millions of accounts have been created, and almost every individual has a social media account. These platforms have created a communication renaissance that has transformed the world into a small village. These platforms have facilitated the exchange of information between people, contributed to mutual acquaintance, and facilitated the sharing of knowledge and news. After explaining the importance and dangers of these platforms, it is important for scholars to clarify the legal and juristic rulings related to these platforms. Social media platforms include Twitter, Instagram, Snapchat, Facebook, WhatsApp, Viber, Skype, and other platforms and platforms.
