Contemporary jurisprudential rulings on two issues of Islamic Law: Eating dead meat for obedient and disobedient travelers, and group participation in hunting in the sacred sanctuary of Mecca

Abstract:

This study aims to highlight and demonstrate the permissibility of eating carrion for those in need, whether traveling or residing in the country, provided the traveler is neither sinful nor repentant. This is provided that halal food is not available, that not eating it would pose a risk to one's life, and that the person eats only what is necessary and without extravagance. I also highlighted my humble research on the issue of a group participating in hunting in the Sacred Sanctuary of Mecca. I also demonstrated that if a group participates in killing game, they are subject to a single penalty, whether they directly kill it, or some of them are holding back, or each one of them is subject to a penalty. Therefore, I addressed this topic in my writing under the title (Contemporary Jurisprudential Rulings on Two Issues of Islamic Law: Eating Carrion by the Obedient and Disobedient Traveler, and Group Participation in Hunting in the Sacred Sanctuary of Mecca).
