This research examined working moms' treatment programs or parental education programs to assist lessen the stress of raising professional mothers. In three kindergartens in Leaching City, Shandong Province, 278 mothers of male and female infants ages 0 to 5 participated in a questionnaire study. Regression, correlation, and frequency analysis were conducted using SPSS 23.0 software. Reducing the strain that low-self-esteem working moms have when raising their children can actively support the good development of their offspring. This article offers some resources to help reduce the stress that comes with being a working mother. Since increased job stress has been linked to various occupational characteristics that have been linked to unfavorable pregnancy outcomes, the potential influence of employment on pregnancy is a significant concern. In order to compare pregnant working women getting paid (WWP) and working women unpaid (WWU) (housewives), as well as to evaluate workplace stress among working WWP, a research on pregnant women was conducted. Techniques: A tertiary care hospital in Chennai was the source of 213 research participants each group, for a total of 426 individuals. To better understand pregnancy-related stress, an A-Z scale was used to interview all research participants, and the Workplace Stress Questionnaire (WSQ) was also used to interview WWP. The mean WWP score was found to be considerably higher than the mean WWU score (t = 94.63; df = 1, P = 0.000). The WWP who worked more than eight hours a day scored higher than the WWP who worked less than eight hours.
