This study focuses on understanding the impact of mental well-being on various aspects of interpersonal and intrapersonal transactions. It emphasizes the interconnected nature of psychological and emotional health, emphasizing how a sound psychological state positively influences relationships, work performance, and physical health, and its implications for overall quality of life. Proactive measures such as stress reduction and resilience building are crucial for fostering robust psychological and emotional health.
Health and emotion are the most significant factors, with emotional well-being significantly influencing physical health, immune function, cardiovascular health, and overall resilience. Practices such as gratitude, mindfulness, and pursuing meaningful activities contribute to fostering and sustaining happiness in one's life.
