Despite diverse offerings, the sector remains underdeveloped due to infrastructure and marketing gaps. Key opportunities include enhancing infrastructure, investing in sustainable practices, and fostering collaboration among stakeholders. The paper analysis, examine with recommendations to improve strategic planning, promotion, and sustainability, aiming to position Himachal Pradesh as a leading global adventure tourism destination.
