Sri Aurobindo Ghosh, the great patriot, philosopher and yogi, the basis of his entire thought is his stress on life Divine which can be realized though integral yoga. He immersed himself in Vedanta and Yoga. He considers yoga as the means though which one can come in contact with the true self and unite the separate parts of one self and see the same divine in other. In his yoga, work is as important as meditation. His yoga is of the ordinary man who has put god on the shelf, while he carries on his worldly pursuits. His Ideas Philosophy of Yoga is very relevant for present day when corruption, black marketing, Mal adjustment unrest we are facing these problem is day by day. He says ''The lack of moral and spiritual education tends to corrupt the human race''.
